Loved the affordable price and the brand new bathroom in the room. the staff was also friendly and helpful.
The hotel had an outdated feel, and the room had a small bed and messy decoration. the location was a bit far from the boardwalk.

Located on a wide boulevard, providing easy access to downtown. Friendly staff and helpful with parking. Nice beach view, though room had strong chemical smell. Good option for budget travelers.

I recently stayed at Playa Arena for a few days of relaxation. The location was absolutely wonderful, with a beautiful beach just steps away. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, and the physical plant was well-maintained. I also appreciated the easy parking and the fact that I could bring my dog along for walks on the beach. I fell in love with Yulcapeten thanks to my stay at Playa Arena.
Would recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at Yulcapeten! the location was wonderful, with a beautiful view of the ocean from our room. the physical plant was well-maintained and the amenities provided were excellent.
We felt totally at home during our stay at Yulcapeten and had no complaints whatsoever.

Mind-blowing beach access with sun loungers, perfect for my dogs, and charming staff. Superb outdoor swimming pool, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning in rooms. Jaw-dropping massage and flat-screen TV. 24-hour security, off-site car park, and no smoking on site.
